Predictive Dialing - Maximizing contact with debtors will maximize recoveries. Our collectors rarely dial the telephone. The collection system automatically dials and when the person answers, their account immediately pops up and our staff do the talking. All busy signals, operator intercepts, and no answers are eliminated. We also utilize creative pre-recorded message campaigns to generate further contact. In the end, our collectors are significantly more efficient and effective.

Skiptracing - To generate contact with debtors, you often have to locate them first. We utilize many of the same databases used by law enforcement and private investigators. In fact, we use over 11 databases which is costly, but we find people that others don't. As a result, we recover more money for you.
